At DigiRoads Classes, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing education to all our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to be fair and transparent in our refund and returns policy. Please read the following policy carefully before enrolling in our courses.

1. Course Enrollment and Payment

• Upon enrolling in a course, students are required to pay the full course fee of ₹25,000. This fee is applicable for our 4-month Digital Marketing course.
• Payment can be made through our online payment portal or in-person at our Jaipur center.

2. Refund Policy

• Cancellation Before Course Commencement:
  • If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment before the course begins, a full refund will be provided, minus a processing fee of ₹1,000.
• Cancellation Within the First Week:
  • If a student cancels their enrollment within the first week of the course, 75% of the course fee will be refunded.
• Cancellation After the First Week:
  • No refunds will be provided after the first week of the course, as the spot in the class has been reserved and the course materials have been distributed.

3. Course Transfers

• Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course date or another course offered by DigiRoads Classes, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made within the first week of the course. No additional fees will be charged for the transfer.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

• In cases of serious illness or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds or course deferments on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required, and decisions will be made at the discretion of DigiRoads Classes management.

5. Course Content and Satisfaction Guarantee

• We are confident in the quality of our course content and the expertise of our trainers, who are BITS Pilani alumni. If you are dissatisfied with the course content or instruction, please contact us within the first week of the course to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address any issues or provide alternatives.
